    About Me

Hi! I am a 36-year-old work at home medical transcriptionist with a fantastic husband, a 5-year-old son and one on the way due 10/2007. I LOVE to cook but I am more of a search and try other people's recipes (which are new to my family) than make my own. My mom taught me how to cook and I still cook her recipes too. Some day I would love to go to cooking school to learn how to develop my own style of cooking/recipes. If I ate as much as I enjoy cooking and eating, I would be in very big trouble. :)

UPDATE: I am so excited...I am no longer considered a newbie fry cook anymore (yeah!). I do have some recipes I want to post soon, just haven't had a chance (with OT at work and my son starting preschool and all the activities I am involved in with that and church, just been a busy bee this summer).

    Favorite Foods

The dish I get yelled at if I don't bring is black bean roll-ups...a simple little recipe from the Kraft foods site. More to come....
