"Made this as described except did a pan fry on the stove as we didn't want to wait for the oven. Very good taste. After the chops were done, I heated up the "gravy" and poured it over the meat. Thanks!"

"Fantastic!! This is totally a restraunt quality sauce! I too, did one less tbsp. of butter and added a dollop of sour cream. This was really easy and since we love the parm flavor, I switched the cheese amounts, putting in more parm. REALLY REALLY good, will be making again! Thanks for posting!"

"My fiance and I were blown away by this chili. The best way to describe it is a blast of spicy and fresh ingredients. Very good and I will most certainly make again. The only thing different I did was to saute the onions, garlic and chili's together in one skillet before transferring to my crock pot. Thank you Chef Garlic!!"

"I thought the taste was pretty good coming fresh out of the crockpot. My fiance heated up in the microwave when he got home and did not care for it. It was probably because it is not your traditional style mac and cheese so prepare your taste buds ahead of time. Next time, I will omit the onions and add it bit more cheese to see if he likes it bet..."

"Ohhhhhh, this was yummmmmmmy!! My fiance and I loved the fresh grated parmesan touch. I should have doubled the sauce recipe, and will do so the next time I make this. Instead of full cream I used fat free half and half...didn't thinken the recipe much, but that did not affect the taste as far as we were concerned!! To compliment the balsamic vine..."

"This was FANTASTIC!!! And yes it was spicy, a little too spicy for my fiance, so next time I might leave out the cayenne pepper and go with a little less red pepper flakes. I doubled the sauce but I used half the butter and threw in some extra virgin olive oil. Instead of adding beer, I added white cooking wine. Divine smell when cooking. Served t..."

"Even though I feel I make a good apple pie, my husband always felt there was something missing. Well, he grew up on Mrs. Smith's apple pie's and I realized it was the sticky filling he was missing. When I stumbled across this recipe, I knew I had to give it a shot. Guess what?!?!
