"really fantastic! I love the crumble because we are gluten free so can't put oats in it, and it works great with gluten free flour. I also put cinnamon and dessicated coconut on top and mixed in vanilla with the fruit to try to avoid excess sugar which worked really well. BEAUTIFUL recipe, one of my favs! Thanks heaps"

"I used this salad as one of three for a summer meal get-together, and adults and kids alike loved it! I had to use brown rice because wild rice was nowhere to be seen, and put some peas and corn kernels in as well, and soaked the dried cranberries and raisins in apple juice and honey. AWESOME dish thank you!"

I also added some cinnamon because I love it, but I don't think you need to add anything to this recipe it's delicious and low in sugar which makes great school snacks for the kids! Thanks SO much this is going in my regular recipes for sure"

"What an awesome idea! My daughter has decided to become vegetarian and this recipe was ideal; and my son (who says he's a 'meat-atarian' had no idea! I didn't put spices in because my daughter's stomach is pretty sensitive, but did put parsley and garlic chives through as well as soy cheese. We had it with gluten free macaroni and WOW it was DELI..."

"This was a super-flavoured way to be introduced to quinoa...now I just have to learn how to say it! I put some mushrooms and red capsicum in because I ran out of leek, which gave it a great blend of colours as well as flavours. Thanks for making my first experience a great one!"
