"Just made this last night and it turned out wonderful. Didn't have the sage, but seemed good to go without it! Only other thing I changed was that I removed a good portion of the fat first, and added approx 1/2 cup of liquid consisting of red wine, warm water and a little Lipton mushroom soup mix. "Made this tonight, used non-fat sour cream as noted by another, and green beans instead of peas, as that was what I had on hand. Hubby & 12 yo had 2nd helpings, 6 yo took a long time with her 1/2 helping. Overall, it seemed to go over pretty well, but needs more spice...maybe minced garlic and something else?"

"This was very quick and easy to make. I made adjustments to lower the fat content by using lower fat butter and Kraft Fat Free Shredded Mozzeralla cheese. I also have made it with broccoli and cut, cooked chicken to make it into an entire meal. Thanks for the ideas."
