"This was excellent for a change of flavor.. I did change the proceedure, as I was worried I wouldn`t like it and didn`t want to ruin my chicken. I did the chicken separate in a casserole dish in the microwave. Was not keen on the coconut milk, So made the sauce in a microwavable dish, with a white sauce, and added a whole can of pineapple to it....."

"This dish was fantastic.. I loved the fact that it could be prepared in advance. I can see no changes necessary. I had a package of already peeled prawns, tail still on.. This made the preparation even easier. Where we live, quite often the prawns are on sale two for the price of one.. Thanks for posting a great recipe."

"Very easy and tasty dessert. Wasn`t sure about the skillet required..I took it to mean a frying pan..All my non stick pans have handles, and was afraid the handle would melt in the oven.. I used a regular pyrex cake dish, and had no problem getting it to release from the pan. I also used a lemon cake mix that I had on hand, rather than make a cake..."

"This will be one of my tried and true recipes.I have had it flagged for trying for quite some time now. "After finding this recipe, I was eager to try it, but wanted to wait until my store bought version was gone..Rather than do a whole pound of butter and not like it, I tried only 1/4 of the recipe. I also don`t have a food processor, so I creamed the butter with a wooden spoon, and then added the water and vegetable oil, blending well with a spatul..."

"Awesome recipe. I never really did like store version, as they are always so dry, and I am not fond of mixed fruit, especially the peel. I do however, have to improve my technique for the cut cross on the top. They kind of sealed up on me, during baking. Guess I did not cut the slits good enough. Afraid of overcutting. thanks for posting. Will def..."
