    Reviewed Grand Champion Peach Jam

    "I doubled the recipe and it turned out great. I cut back the sugar just a little bit (1/7th less than called for). I also tweeked the spices to my taste; I only used half the ginger, none of the nutmeg or clove, half the cinnamon (but it was fresh ground so probably just as strong) and I added a tiny bit of almond extract. The taste was superb; ..."

    Male, 33YO on a gluten free, low lactose diet but that's okay because I love to cook creative dishes that I never would have tried without these restrictions! I'm also an artist so I spend a lot of time painting, sculpting and whenever possible cooking.

    Favorite Foods

    Vanilla, vanilla, vanilla! I'm a vanilla snob though, no cheap stuff for me. I also love chocolate (I'm partial to Mexican chocolate), key limes (I use them in all sorts of things) and chiles!
