I really like cooking when I have time. But what I love is good sound nutritional sense, and fresh and tasty in season foods on our table. We are active people who love rock climbing, hiking and just about anything that gets us out of doors. When it is harvest time I am canning and freezing every chance I get. Come time for snow I am shopping for warm comfort food recipes. Drop a line anytime I'd love to share with this community.
I love that I can post recipes on to this site and have it broken down nutritionally. That is awesome. I love the Weight Watchers cookbooks I have seen on here and the diabetic recipes too. Since I love cooking and do many a church pot luck I can tailor recipes here to make sure everyone has something yummy and healthy. I don't eat out much anymore, only if there is a crunch on time or if it's time to eat chinese, the best Chinese Food place we have found here, is "The Fortune Cookie". They are new, but soooooo good. Maybe I can learn some chinese recipes here and begin cooking my own!
