"This dish is outstanding and very easy! The only thing I did differently (other than doubling the recipe is that when the reduction took a little longer than I wanted to cook the shrimp, I just scooped everything out and put it back in when it was time to add the butter. A wonderful "restaurant quality" meal for the friends and family. "

"This is now my favorite way to prepare pork chops! Easy and quick to make, with excellent results - what more can you ask for? (Well, my DH said make even more onions next time - I used Vidalia and they were like icing on the cake!"

The next night when I came home from work, I made scalloped potatoes and lima beans while the ribs and sauce came to room temp..."

"I lost my printout of the recipe after buying the ingredients for this. A quick internet search showed many recipes used an 8 ounce can of tomato sauce to top it off, rather than chili sauce. I compromised, using mostly tomato sauce and some chili sauce. The family loved it, I don't think you can go wrong with this one! Thank you Nurse Di!! "
