"Wonderful way to enjoy asparagus! I had a couple of bunches and was looking for a new way to use it while it was still fresh. Very easy to make. I added some chicken I had on hand and used flat egg noodles. I grated pecorino romano cheese (similar to parmesan and it's what I had in the fridge on just before serving. Delish."

"We loved this recipe with a few changes. I am lactose intolerant so I used chevre instead of cream cheese and mayonnaise instead of sour cream. Next time I might add a little more horseradish because it wasn't overly noticable."

"Tastes great and quick to prepare. We like it spicy so I use hot salsa and hot taco mix. "I liked this recipe but found the quantities were far too much even for my big 6qt. crock pot. I ended up using two crock pots just to accommodate all the veggies. I added a mixture of grated pecorino romano and fontina cheeses on top just before serving and that made the dish."
