"This was delicious! To simplify, I used frozen chicken breasts which I baked for about 25 min. and drained before putting on the toppings. I used a shredded colby-jack cheese and used just over 2 ounces, so about half of what the recipe calls for. I sprinkled tarragon into the sauce and that was great! Served with rice and haricot verts and pu..."

"The family loved this soup! I followed the recipe, but I did use a hand blender to puree the soup before adding the cheese. And I also used 3-4 TBSP of cornstarch in place of the flour per another review, making the dish gluten free. For the non GF eaters, I served the soup in bread bowls and everyone was happy. Great and quick recipe!"

"This was very tasty! The peanut sauce was especially delicious on the coconut jasmine rice that a I made to accompany the dish. I made several substitutions including using chicken thighs for the breast, green onions for the lemon grass, creamy instead of crunchy peanut butter and gluten free soy sauce in lieu of the fish sauce. "My "I hate fish" son and daughter both loved the halibut we marinated with this recipe! I used fresh oregano and thyme and only marinated for about 45 minutes and it was just delicious. I also subbed in tamari for the soy to keep it gluten free. Perfection."

"Whole family of 5 LOVED it! That never happens. I increased each ingredient a little bit, but it was barely enough for 5. I will double it next time to make sure everyone has enough and maybe a little leftover. I did use gluten free pasta and 2% cheese with no problems."

"Excellent! A super, savory quiche and better than if there had been a crust. I substituted skim milk with a little butter for the half-n-half and had no problems. Don't forget to grease the pie plate first."

"I am not a big summer squash fan, but this was delicious. We joined a CSA, so I am having to find ways to eat all the squash and this is my favorite! It was very simple to make and the onion and tomato blend well with the squash."

"My kids loved these waffles enough to eat them without syrup! I made a few tweaks to lighten calorie and fat content (lite sour cream, low fat milk and only 3TBSP of butterand they were still light and airy. I also added a couple of dashes of cinnamon and the smell when they were cooking was incredible."
