    "Evelyn, I made this yesterday, which happened to be Greek Easter. It was absolutely delicious, and I didn't change the receipe at all. The only problem was that I couldn't stop eating the orzo -- it was so yummy. I served it with asparagus and a Sicilian blood orange salad with mint. My Italian family had a great Greek Easter!
