    About Me

    I work in Auditing, currently working towards a Bachelors in Accounting.  I love to cook and read.  I highly dislike people who say they don't like some kind of food they have never tried.  I'm inspired to cook by so many things but mainly my emotions.  Depending on my mood depends on if I'm trying something quick and easy or large and complicated, baking versus frying, ect.

    Favorite Foods

    I love potatoes cooked almost any way.  And cookies are a huge weakness.  My favorite dish to cook depends on my mood, but you can never go wrong with chocolate chip cookies.  My favorite restraurant currently is Shikis, a japenese steakhouse.  They have the best fried rice I've ever tasted, I'm getting closer to it.
