"The horseradish in the meatballs made them taste really good. The brussel sprouts in the sweet and sour sauce were definitely different. I guess if you had children, it would be a great way to hide the vegetables. Made for Chinese/Vietnamese New Year Tag Game 2012."

"I would call this Vietnam's version of the Banana Bread I was raised on and love to pieces. After smashing the bananas, I chopped them into tiny pieces so they would integrate into the batter better. The coconut was a nice touch and added really good flavor. Overall, I think it was an "A " recipe."

"Made everything except the satay sauce. Added the extra cayenne and cut down the cumin as in previous reviews. Will make again and again. Used inexpensive cut of meat and marinated overnight."

"I'm not much of a fish fan but this quick and easy recipe made for a wonderfully relaxing meal. Have to be careful when cooking the fish in the microwave as mine almost overcooked it/dried it out."

"Very tasty. I have had similar in a Vietnamese restaurant with a dish called beef wrapped in la-lot leaves. The flavor is very unusual and the family loved it. Next time, will have to make a double batch."
