"The steaks were wonderful and the "butter" made the flavor more alive. This recipe was made for ZWT 8-Gluten Free Challenge and the only issue with this recipe to make it gluten-free is which butter to use. I have dairy issues so use Earth Balance Brand which is vegan and also gluten-free so I didn't have to change anything but others might have t..."

"Even though I didn't make the margaritas as suggested, I did put the juice of 1 lime in each serving I handed out. Kind of a lemon-lime watermelon-basil flavor that was very refreshing. Served at my tapas party."

"Good thing I had a lot of peppers (for this and another dish since you had no amt listed and some ended up in my mouth before serving....hey, I couldn't resist. Since I had a bunch of recipes to make for my tapas party, I'm glad I could make this one early and leave in the fridge until serving time. Each pepper is not very big so you only need ab..."

"Ok, I'm a dodo head and don't follow instructions very well. I admit I was under a time crunch when I made the olives. I made them the morning I was having a tapas party in the afternoon so they didn't flavor meld well by the time of the party but as I am writing this review the next morning, I'm eating the leftovers and they are really good. 5 st..."

"The horseradish in the meatballs made them taste really good. The brussel sprouts in the sweet and sour sauce were definitely different. I guess if you had children, it would be a great way to hide the vegetables. Made for Chinese/Vietnamese New Year Tag Game 2012."

"I would call this Vietnam's version of the Banana Bread I was raised on and love to pieces. After smashing the bananas, I chopped them into tiny pieces so they would integrate into the batter better. The coconut was a nice touch and added really good flavor. Overall, I think it was an "A " recipe."
