"This was very easy and tasty. My boys couldn't get enuff of it! I don't think I made any changes to it. I served it with salsa rice and a salad out on the deck!"

"This was delicious!!!! I talked with my butcher and he suggested trying flap meat, rather than sirloin. I did that and cut it into strips and wove them on the skewers. They were so tender and flavorful!!!! Excellent recipe. "

"This was wonderful. Chicken was moist on the inside and crispy brown on the outside! The potatoes might have been just a little oily, so I think I'll cut down on the olive oil next time as previously suggested. "

"I was just going to post this recipe, and alas, it was already here. This is a must-have at my house at all the holidays. If I didn't serve it I think there would be an uprising!"

"Very great!! My kids (and neighbor gobbled this up!! I'm going to use it for a kids' cooking class I teach. I made it into a rectangle and used minced garlic and Italian seasoning with the Mozzarella. Served with warmed pizza sauce. Thanks for a great recipe. "

"This was easy and delicious! I only made a small batch, cuz I had just a bit of cabbage left that wouldn't fit in the pot with my corned beef. Oh, I wish I had had a whole head of cabbage. Very good!!"
