"My new favorite cocktail sauce! The tequila was a very subtle, delicious addition... a "secret" ingredient that no one could guess! I am no longer "allowed" to attend a bbq without bringing a batch of my secret cocktail sauce for the grilled shrimp! AMAZING... Be sure to use a good tequila! Life is to short to use the cheap stuff!"

"This recipe is excellent! I used prepared wasabi paste from a tube instead of the powder and did not seed the jalapeno. These alterations made a hotter sauce, with more of a dip consistency, that was even more flavorful after sitting overnight. "This recipe is incredibly easy and delicious! I piped the frosting onto 22 cupcakes with a cordless cookie press yielding a beautiful, glossy frosting that held it's shape perfectly!. I substituted Butter Flavored Extract for the vanilla and it was excellent. The cupcakes were for an adult birthday party and we used the extra frosting to top shots..."
