"This recipe is incredibly easy and delicious! I piped the frosting onto 22 cupcakes with a cordless cookie press yielding a beautiful, glossy frosting that held it's shape perfectly!. I substituted Butter Flavored Extract for the vanilla and it was excellent. The cupcakes were for an adult birthday party and we used the extra frosting to top shots..."

     |  By Kim D.

"My new favorite cocktail sauce! The tequila was a very subtle, delicious addition... a "secret" ingredient that no one could guess! I am no longer "allowed" to attend a bbq without bringing a batch of my secret cocktail sauce for the grilled shrimp! AMAZING... Be sure to use a good tequila! Life is to short to use the cheap stuff!"

"A former co-worker made this for me for my birthday and gave me the recipe. OUTSTANDING! I have since made this cake for current co-workers and it is now EXPECTED of me when a birthday approaches. Instead of the icing, I use milk chocolate frosting and top the cake with hand-dipped chocolate strawberries to make it really special. It is a HUGE hit!"

"Easy and flavorful! I tried this recipe to use up the rest of my leftover bag of raw sweet potatoes. I followed the recipe but added 1 finely diced jalapeno pepper to the onions, garlic and ginger. To finish, I added leftover shredded Thanksgiving turkey. A fantastic way to use up your Turkey Day leftovers! The spice with the sweet potato was an e..."

"Fantastic! I used homemade granola with almonds and coconut. I didn't have any yogurt so I substituted with what I had in the fridge... small curd cottage cheese and sour cream (3oz each. I omitted the milk powder and added 1/2 cup each of dried blueberries and dried cranberries. Unbelievably tasty!"

"Excellent recipe! I made this as directed but instead of serving this over rice, I added cubed sweet potatoes to the pork mixture which helped thicken the sauce nicely. I omitted the corn (because of the sweet potato and added water chestnuts and green onions. Nicely balanced with heat and sweet. Definitely a new favorite!"

"Easy and delicious! I used a bottle of Shiner's Bohemian Black Lager beer which gave it an amazingly rich flavor. I used some of the extra strained and seasoned cooking liquid to mash with black beans. Used the chicken and black beans to make tostadas with lots of cheese for my family. My mother hates beer but LOVED this. Now she's gonna have to g..."
