"I thought this recipe was really delicious! The only modifications I made were to charbroil the eggplant and to substitute green chile for the bell pepper because I live in New Mexico. I would recommend this recipe to anyone looking for a refreshingly light appetizer. I am a huge eggplant lover and I can't wait to try this recipe out on my homegro..."

"I really enjoyed the outcome of this recipe, simple to make and simply delicious. I omitted the cumin because I am not a cumin lover. The only other change I made was to fry the fish in olive oil and butter. I also like to squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. The crust came out golden brown, crispy and light as air. I loved everything about it!"

"This recipe worked out well for me, the toasted sesame oil adds an amazing amount of flavor to the seafood. I only did this for sea scallops and had to substitute lemon for the lime but it was really flavorful and easy to do after work. I baked 1/2 lbs of sea scallops (about 8 in 18 minutes and they were perfectly done. Thanks Big Daddy 2!"

"Actually, I didn't use the marinade, I used a rub. But I did use the roasting technique and it turned out delicious. I have been looking for a way to get good ribs in the oven since my apartment complex won't let me grill on my balcony!"

"I used white asparagus and grated Parmesan cheese for this recipe. I have always been a fan of green asparagus but the white turned out to be completely different in texture and taste. It is much more mellow. I cannot think of a better way to compliment the natural flavor than this recipe!"
