I'm a weekend cook for the most part. I like trying new recipes and variations on old ones.
My mother was Lebanese and a fantastic chef, so I enjoy Middle Eastern dishes such as stuffed squash, hummus, and stuffed grapevine leaves. Lemon plays a big role in Middle Eastern cooking. I also make a killer chili - with or without beans.
