    "(First time Salsa Canner Easy and Tasty! I was intimidated by the 2.5 cups of hot peppers, so I cut it down to 1.5 cups, which was actually mild. The second batch I bumped it back up to 2.5 and love it! I've already shared this with my friends, and am planning on using this recipe again and again!"
