"WOW! This is a great recipe. It's quick to make, and uses ingredients that are easy to have on hand. I used less of the chili powder and green chili peppers because we're wimps, and I used the whole can of corn and hominy. I also skipped the cilantro because it's not one of my favorites... but we all loved it and look forward to the leftovers ..."

"Outstanding! I made it almost like the recipe. I left out the cilantro, because I just don't like it, and I left out the cheese because I'm lactose intolerant... but I served the cheese separately for those who can eat it.
