"My mom used to make this for us- so I loved it! I made a few minor adjustments...I used a mix of Monterrey Jack and Cheddar cheeses instead of longhorn as was recommended. I also used more like 3 cups of corn flakes and extra butter to make the topping (cause the crunchy top is the best part. I also used the frozen bagged hash browns with onio..."

"I didn't follow this recipe very closely at all. I just didn't want to make the normal boring roast so I added the spices and extra ingredients suggested here to the regular pot roast stuff (you know meat, potatoes, etc. It gave everything wonderful flavor! My husband actually said that we should eat it for dinner every night. So yummy!"

"Delicious!!! The sauce definitely needed a little extra of the cooking liquid to thin it out but it was so flavorful! This recipe is time consuming but if you do each part separately it doesn't seem so overwhelming. I had previously made the chicken so I wouldn't have so much to do at once. Will make again for sure!!!"

"This was so good!!! I made it exactly as the recipe dictates and it was great. I did add some cilantro along with the sour cream which really added something. My 18 month old even enjoyed it- so you know it must be good."

"This was way good! I used one fresh tomato chopped instead of the canned ones and just one chicken breast. It was done in 40 minutes and was so yummy!"

"This was really yummy! The only thing I changed was that I didn't add nearly as much spinach as the recipe called for. Will definitely make this again!"

"Good healthy recipe. I used homemade granola and it turned out fine the only thing I wish I had done was to sprinkle a little sugar on the blackberries before adding them because the pint I had was especially tart. Would make again."

"Good base recipe you can customize to your taste. I added strawberries as well and a little bit extra sugar since the blackberries I had were particularly tart. I prefer a slightly thicker consistency but this was ok."

"So easy and so yummy! I used a white cake mix instead of yellow since the tres leche cake I had in Mexico was white but I think this would be good with almost any flavor of cake. I also added a layer of strawberries between the cake and the whipped cream. I didn't follow the measurements for the milk exactly I just dumped the cans of condensed a..."

"Great idea! I added a layer of cooked rice and some chopped onion to make it go a little farther. Since I added the rice I put a little more broth into the mole (only 1/4 cup to thin it out a little. I cooked it in my crock pot on low for 3 hours. I think the next time I make it I might add a layer of black beans as well and garnish with cila..."
