Reviewed Southern Fried Chicken (Look out Kfc!l) (Paula Deen)

"This was my first attempt at frying chicken. I have always been afraid to do it becuase I worried I wouldn't cook it long enough. I opted to play it safe and use boneless tenders. The tenders cooked up wonderfully and were picture perfect. Served it to the kiddos with Cream Gravy and corn on the cobb. Good meal enjoyed by all. Thanks so much for po..."

    About Me

Currently I am a stay at home mom of 4. I had my 4th child 7 months ago today and have really enjoyed being home with him. Everyday he is doing something new. My other kiddos like the baby keep me busy and on my toes too which is why I was ecstatic when I found this website. quick and easy recipes are a must for me.

I have been a big fan of the foodnetwork channel and how i missed any advertisements for recipezaar is beyond me. But here I am. Yipee!!!!!

Growing up, my Mother always had to feed the guys in the family. Being from the south it was almost always fried and consisted mainly of meat and potatoes. If my mom swayed from that, the guys weren't too happy and that is where my desire for cooking began. I remember being eight years old and never missing an episode of New York's Master Chef's. And so here I am today. A totally obsessed food junkie who vowed to not have the same ole' all the time but to have variety when it came to dinner. Luckily, my kids and husband enjoy new dishes like I do. Finding new recipes to me is like finding GOLD. Because to me it's through those recipes, the making of the dish, family dinners and times that good memories are made. I LOVE TO COOK!!!!!!!
