Reviewed Chi-Chi's Chile Con Queso
"I am a huge Mexican foodie and liked that this was different from my normal white cheese dip. I actually can't remeber what Chi Chi's queso tasted like, but who cares...this one is great. I used fresh red pepper instead of the canned and added milk to make it thinner. Definitely a keeper, thanks!"

Reviewed Engagement Roast Chicken
"This was by far one of the worst recipes that I have ever made and I cook almost every night. It looked so good and easy on her show yesterday morning, that I went out and got the ingredients to make it for Sunday dinner. I mean how can you mess it up? The chicken was just plain bland and the sauce was so bitter and burnt tasting that I had a difficult time getting the taste out of my mouth all evening. Good thing I already "wowed" my husband with all my other recipes. This one is grounds for a divorce!!!!
