"Very easy to make! I used lean ground beef and fat free sour cream to make it more feasible for my healthy lifestyle. It didn't take anything away from the taste at all. I also didn't add the mushrooms because my kids wouldn't eat it if they saw mushrooms. My 2, 6, 8, and 14 year olds loved it. It is rare for all of them to like something."

"Its so yummy. I substituted Splenda/sugar mix and used plain yogurt in place of the buttermilk this time although I have made it with the buttermilk. It is wonderful both ways. I double the recipe and it is enough for three loaves"
