"Great recipe! I was looking for a fairly simple recipe. I searched for baked chicken. This was easy and VERY scrumptious. I made it exactly like the recipe said. I didn't know though if it was supposed to be baked covered or uncovered. Since it didn't specify I did it uncovered. I was a little worried that it would be dry baking that long. ..."

"Yum! This was fantastic! I will definitely be making this again. The marinade would be really tasty on grilled chicken. I only marinated it for about 1 hour. Next time I will marinate it longer for even better taste. It was good even with just one hour, though. Thank you Rita for a great new recipe!"

"WOW! This was incredible! I plan on making this again and again! I had already made a salad similar to this when I started searching food.com for a Mexican type salad dressing without dairy. I decided to give this one a try. It was VERY good! My husband doesn't care for hot and thought it was a little spicy. I didn't notice the spicy. So, ..."

"This was incredibly good. I did find the dressing a little tart, so I added a little bit of maple syrup. When I make this again I will cut back on the vinegar just a little. Thanks for a very good refreshing recipe!"

"Wow! This was INCREDIBLY good and fairly easy to prepare! I didn't deep-fry it because I'm trying to cut down on the oil. Also, my husband doesn't care of orange peel in anything, so I omitted it and add 3 TBSP. O.J. Concentrate. Also, I didn't crush the red pepper because I have little ones and my husband can't tolerate anything spicy. I woul..."

"Wow!!! All I can say is WOW!!! This was so delicious. I made it with the red quinoa. It turned out kind of a purple color. It would have been prettier if I had used the regular quinoa instead. It still tasted great. Since somebody had told me that you should roast quinoa before cooking it I did."

"Yummy!!!! This was very good. It wasn't too sweet. I used it to put between the layers of a pineapple cake. Thanks for a very yummy filling. This was exactly what I had in mind."

"Yummy! I loved this the 1st time around, however I did add a little extra salt. I am trying to go low on fat, so the 2nd time I made it I omitted the oil and cut the tahini in half. I added a couple of slices of canned jalapeno and some horseradish (for kick. Yummmy! This is about my 6th time to make this in a month."

"YUMMY!!! This is fantastic! I used home made stock instead of the chicken broth and replaced water with the home made stock, too. VERY GOOD. Even my little ones enjoyed this."

"My daughter cannot have coloring, so I was excited when I saw this recipe. She always wishes that she could have candy like other kids. We made this today and I thought it was better than the candy corn in the store, but, I'm not a big candy corn fan. My kids loved it!! They didn't want to stop even after several pieces. Thanks for sharing th..."
