    New Topic Bitter Cranberry sauce in Cooking Q & A

    "Hi Ladies,

    I used a recipe for cranberry sauce with :
    cranberries
    raspberrys
    sugar
    water
    some orange zest (i made sure i zested it correctly)
    crystalized ginger

    Its turned out quite bitter and I added some more sugar but it didnt help. Is there a way I can save this sauce? Thanks"
