"Very good recipe. The only thing I changes was using reduced fat sharp cheddar. Turned out great for such a quick recipe. A bit of lemon when serving might add a little (I was out). This will be a 'go to' recipe."

"Good and easy recipe. I omitted the raisins and used a little over 1/2 cup of apple sauce with cinnamon instead of oil, also used light cream cheese. Turned out extremely moist. Will definitely make again."

"This was a hit at the office. I took this and pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting and this was gone in 1/2 the time. Recipes was extremely easy. I didn't make any changes to the recipe - although next time I may do the apples as more of a dice to make it easier to slice. This one is a keeper."
