    "I think this is the best gluten free bread or cake that I've ever made. My husband and kids loved it too! Thank you. I am going to make it again and start decreasing the butter and putting applesauce to bring down the amount of fat and will see how it works out."

    "I have just started eating GF free because I feel so much better when I do and it helps with my need to lose weight. I made this for breakfast this morning for me, DH, and 2 boys. Everyone really enjoyed it. I added blueberries for the boys. Nobody knew the difference. And, it did make 5 waffles in the belgian waffle maker. Thanks for such ..."
