"This muffin was exactly what I wanted! Moist, flavorful with great consistency. I made it with 2 C whole wheat flour & 1 cup AP flour and it worked great. I'll likely play around with more spice next time but this was scrumptious:."

"We love this recipe! The beans are so versatile and easy. We have made breakfast burritos ahead with this, beam burritos for a quick lunch/dinner, as part of nachoes, etc...The possibilities are endless! We have also frozen 1/2 the batch to use later. I used 2 cans of Rotel instead of the jalapenos and garlic. I add one less tsp of salt because th..."

"I made a lovely lime curd from this recipe. It was, as others have noted, easy and the perfect flavor. I used it as a mix in to a homemade french vanilla ice cream. It was a yummy, tart, summertime treat!"

"Very yummy! We have tried several different preparations on tomatoes while maintaining the seasoning in the recipe and I have loved every one of them. "We LOVED these burgers! Freshly cooked there was a little too much texture but we froze most of the patties. Oh. my. goodness. They were sensational after freezing! I think that from this point forward I'll prepare them ahead and heat before serving. This now our go-to hamburger recipe."

"The flavor was certainly tasty:. Our only problem was that with only 2 people, the baby isn't quite ready for this, to feed we ran out of ideas on how to eat this all. I think it's a great option for 4+ person family to eat roast in a different preparation."

"This was a hit! We added more beans the second time I served it and I probably ramped up the chili powder a fair amount (I made this for 25 people so my adjustments were a little less precise considering there were multiple pots. I will make this again but probably with ground turkey. The flavor was wonderful but it was too heavy/greasy for my ta..."

"The flavor was spot on! I had buttermilk blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup at Cracker Barrel and had to find a way to eat it at home! Smitten Kitchen's Buttermilk Blueberry Pancakes work perfectly, for those that love blueberry overload, with this recipe. I mash my blueberries in the pot as much as possible before the cooking is complete..."
