"I have made this recipe several times now and my family and friends rave over it! This is the real deal from Carolina, at least what I had growing up and eating pork BBQ in NC and SW VA. So good! The slaw was so freaking good too. Very well balanced and zesty.
I have to comment that it makes my head spin when I see people make stupid comments l ..."

"I love Paula and most of her recipes are great. I am also an experienced baker and these came out terrible! Very bland, eggy, and too much crust ratio to filling. The crust does not need that amount of butter either. This recipe needs to be re-written. I threw the whole pan away."

"This is a GREAT recipe. I have used this technique before of soaking the bran and it really makes for a nice moist muffin. Buttermilk is key. Also, the molasses is key because it actually makes the muffins very moist and they will stay that way for a few days thanks to the molasess, which also has a great flavor, btw. Thanks!"

"I really enjoyed this spicy turkey burger. It was one of the best that I have had. I like it more than the Rachel Ray recipe I tried, it had too much cumin and tasted soapy. I am looking forward to trying more of your recipes."

"This cake turned out just PERFECT for me! So tasty, I got nothing but rave reviews. The last reveiwer could not have baked the cake properly or followed the instructions because each layer has strawberries and frosting between, nothing came out of my layers. I cut each of the 3 cakes in half as the recipe states. The cake is high in fat but you..."

"I had to bake this for an extra 10 minutes and it came out hard and too salty!! I have had good luck with Tyler's recipes in the past but this one was terrible in my opinion. It needs to be re-written because something is off. I think too much milk and salt."

"This is an excellent recipe for baked mac and cheese. I get rave reviews every time. I can use this as a base and switch out different cheeses or pastas. I also add a few dashes of hot sauce and worshtershire for an extra kick. I left out the tomatoes for a more classic taste."
