"This was wonderful, and yes, soooo easy!
Both my son and my husband are not a huge fans of au gratin potatoes but they loved this dish.
I will certainly be making this again! I think next time I will add some chives to it, yum!

"I thought this recipe was great. I did add a little more flour b/c it was kinda soupy still, and I had fresh thyme on hand so I used that instead. It was so good! I saw this epi. on Saturday and thought it looked pretty good. Not only is the recipe good, but I was turned on to a veggie that I never tasted before. ""

" I could not get this to set up! SO disappointed. This recipe was rather $$ to make, and I was upset that it didnt set up. I made it exactly like she did on the show, and I followed the recipe exactly.
I did chop up my chips before adding the hot milk, and I did have my eggs at room temp. I also thought that it was very very sweet, and to rich""

"I thought this recipe was really good. It reminded me of the goulash my friends mom used to make all the time. I always loved it. I accidentally got the wrong tomatoes (I got diced) But I got the Italian style. I also added fresh basil, and some fennel seed and a ton more garlic b/c I love it.
I really liked it with the Italian diced tomat..."
