    "this is a very forgiving recipe. i've made it following the advice of other reviewers - so using brown rice flour instead of one of the cups of white rice flour, potato flour instead of tapioca flour. this means (imho that you can be free to flex, use what you have on hand instead of sticking to it exactly. i use carol fenster's cookbook advice a..."
