"Thanks for the recipe, Rachel! This was awesome and my picky, anti-veggie, bland-food-loving family loved it!
I ended up making a few substitutions to the recipe, due to the fact that I had different ingredients on hand. Here are the changes:
---chicken (instead of beef-- I had a bag of those monster sized chicken breasts from Costco
