"Very flavorful. Great blend of spices. Healthy and easy to make. I sliced my potatoes into fairly thin strips, so I cooked them only about 25 minutes and they were perfectly lightly browned and gently crisped. Great alongside our veggie burger lunch. I will make these again!!!"

"Delicious! I added an extra egg, 1 tsp. granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon. Great drizzled with pure maple syrup."

"Excellent! I used bread flour to replace the all-purpose flour, and added 1 Tb. honey. Delicious. The dough was perfect for rolling straight out of the bread machine. So easy and wholesome. My young children loved it!"

"A good casserole, but a little too rich and "mayonnaisey" for my taste. The sauce base was quite thick, and I prefer sauce a little more "watery" for this type of casserole. I love the celery in it."
