    "The waffles turned out perfect. I modified and made gluten and dairy free.

    I used 2 and 1/4 cups from the following combo flour:
    3/4 cup tapioca starch
    3/4 cup potato starch
    1 cup sorghum flour
    1 cup brown rice flour
    1.5 cup amaranth flour
    2.5 tsp guar gum

    I also used vanilla almond milk instead of milk. F..."

    "Boyfriend and I love this recipe. We add hot sauce and mozza cheese on the top to add a bit of zing. I use corn elbow macaroni as I cannot eat wheat. This makes LOADS of leftovers for us, and tastes great."

    "Super easy to make. Used brown basmati rice, which took about an hour to cook. Just be warned that it may take a long time to cook if you don't use basmati rice that cooks in 15 minutes! So you will have to modify your cooking times accordingly."
