    "What an incredible recipe! This potato-bacon torte was excellent! I had never made a pie crust from scratch before and it turned out beautifully. Flaky and buttery delicious.     "This dish is most excellent! I found that layering the tortillas was so much easier than rolling traditional enchiladas. One of the changes I made was I bought red beans instead of black beans and mushed them up into the sauce (to disguse from hubby. LOL - He loved it!!! "
