    "my husband and I loved this sausage the mix of spices are very good.Idid reduce the amount of sage,fennel,black pepper,and thyme to 1/2 tsp.Also 1/4 tsp. cayenne and no white pepper.My husband says its better than regular breakfast sausage, now thats good coming from someone who is not a big fan of ground turkey.This recipe will stay close at hand..."
