"I can see why this recipe has such a high rating. This is better Kung Pao Chicken than we have ever had in a restaurant. I can't wait to make it again, and will make twice as much. My kids and husband couldn't rave enough about it. I made the recipe as outlined and don't think I would change anything. Thanks for the recipe!!!"

"WOW!!! These were so delicious. If you overlook the fact that they are not low-fat, to say the least, you are in for a treat. We had no left-overs...and there were four of us eating. My kids immediately asked for seconds, and my daughter isn't the biggest meat lover around. The meat was soooo tender and the blend of sauce ingredients perfect...."

"This wasn't the best sloppy joes I've ever had, but my husband thought it was excellent once I added a few ingredients to off-set the sweetness. The recipe definitely doesn't need the brown sugar. I added onion soup mix, mustard powder and more worchestershire sauce to balance the sweetness. My kids thought it was pretty good."

"This was soooo awesome. Even my 10 and 12 year olds loved it. I added green onions, and cut back on the spice just a little bit. I also thicken the sauce a bit with some cornstarch and water. Next time I wouldn't use quite as much coconut milk...not necessary. All in all, this was excellent and will be made again soon in our house."
