    "Easily the best roll I've ever eaten, homemade, store-bought, or from a restaurant... this roll trumps them all by miles. Airy, chewy, crispy, salty, sweet... Absolutely delicious. The second time around, the only thing I did differently was bread flour instead of all-purpose. I think it gave it a little more "chew.""
