"Very good recipe. But instead of fish sauce, I use low sodium soy sauce (less salty, healthier AND doesn't smell as ... fishy). Also, use butter instead of oil to fry. Om nom nom."

"Simply delicious and authentic. Very easy to make with fresh ingredients one can find anywhere.I always cover up my pyrex container to a) keep the fridge free of onion-smell and b) hide from roommate till it's ready. And I also let it cook overnight for even more flavor (mixing once or twice)."

"Great flavors. I was in a rush so marinaded the shrimps for 25 minutes before throwing them on the griddle and boy did they come out good!Smokey flavors vs. the usual lemon-garlic shrimps we always do. I added some dried parsley flakes and glazed with a tad of fresh lemon juice before serving. Will definitely be making more."
