"This was pretty good!! I was looking for a recipe to use leftover pork and beef roast so I used this sauce and cut up beef and pork into strips and put it in sauce. I toasted buns and topped with coleslaw. Will use again was great to get rid of leftovers."

"What a wonderful recipe, so incredibly moist. I put some chocolate chips in the batter and when it was done I put chocolate icing on. What a wonderful way to sneak some extra veggies into unsuspecting kids. Thank's for posting."

"Oh my gosh these are soooo good! My kid's absolutely love them. I did also put in 1/2 tsp allspice and 1/4 tsp of nutmeg as well had a little pecans that needed to be used and they are really good in there as well. Awesome recipe this one is a keeper. Good way to add some more vegetables into the kid's diet without them knowing it."

"Fabulous, kind of reminds me of when we would have apple pie as kids and had no ice cream we would put cheese on top instead. My 4 year old said "delicious" and he is a rather picky eater. I did use cheddar though as I did not have monterey jack and I live in the country and can't run to a store and it was very good, will have to try it with mon..."
