"A fantastic recipe! True to their word, the pancakes are fluffy! Be careful to cook them well to avoid undercooked centers-- although they will be slightly moist because of the pumpkin. I subbed all brown sugar for the white, and with great results!"

"This is a fabulous recipe! Most strawberries baked into muffins, cakes, or cupcakes turn out slimy, unappealing, and not very true to their real flavor; this proved otherwise!
