"Great recipe! We used an 8 oz package of quinoa pasta and cut the rest of the recipe by half. I'm anxious to try with Tinkyada noodles next time. We used more salt then the recipe called for and bought already made GF breadcrumbs. My kids loved it too:"

"This was soooo good and filling too! I used scallions and added some chopped celery and carrots for color/flavor. I only need to add a little flour to thicken at the end. Served with chopped scallions, crumbled turkey bacon and a tad of sharp cheddar..that way everybody could put however much they wanted on top!!! Definitely making again!!!"

"Even my husband loved it! I used a can of diced tomatoes and ground turkey instead of the beef. Also, real cheese instead of the soy. You can definitely play around with the seasoning to your own liking. We topped with ff sour cream and hubby rolled his in a tortilla. Love the quinoa- so healthy for you too! Thanks!"

"The recipe should say 2teaspoons of BAKING POWDER instead of Tablespoons!!! Mine turned out pretty good, I added a few semi-sweet chocolate chips also. I will make these again for sure, but if you are expecting the same taste and texture as regular brownies you will be disappointed. Perfect for those watching their weight though! I froze most ..."

"This did not taste like a WW recipe at ALL! My family (including young kiddos loved it! I didn't have the rosemary alone so I used an italian blend seasoning (that had both rosemary and thyme in it. I also used beef broth and a little skim milk added to the potatoes. I used 5 small potatoes instead of the two large! I will be making this all t..."

"These are soooo good! I made my second batch tonight! The first time I did not have molasses, so I substituted honey. I also used Smart Balance for the margarine, left out the raisins and used 2 1/2 t. of the ground ginger and skipped the other(I have young kids and didn't want them too spicy! I could barely keep from eating these in one sittin..."
