    "This is the most AWESOME cheesecake ever. I was skeptical when it only had to bake for 35 min, but it worked! When it cooled it set. It was jiggly when I took it out of the oven. I omitted the whipped cream on top of the mousse and it was good anyway. YUMMY!"
