I put all the dry ingredients directly into my sifter, and sifted them once into the bowl to make the shortcakes lighter.     "My children love this chicken. I marinated the chicken for 3 hours, then grilled it on the George Foreman grill. Very tender and flavorful, and leftovers reheated beautifully! Reduced the red pepper to 1/4 teaspoon to make it more kid-friendly. I want to try the marinade on pork chops next."

    "Love this recipe! Did not love the fat content, so the last time I made these I used 2 tablespoons melted butter and 6 tablespoons applesauce in place of the 1/2 cup butter or oil. The muffins tasted just as good, with the same fluffy texture as the full-fat ones. Will be trying using eggbeaters (along with applesauce next time!"
