"Very good! As other reviewers have said, I did find it a bit thin. Next time I'll add a bit of cornstarch to thicken it up. I sauteed some onions with garlic beforehand, and added them in at the end of the broccoli cooking, before the cheese. The Rotel tomatoes did add a bit of a kick, which I liked. If you're not a big fan of spice, I w..."

"Delicious! Made this for my vegetarian friends in place of the turkey for Thanksgiving. Only changes I made were to use vegetable broth instead of chicken, and added 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese during the simmering phase. Everyone loved it! Easy and yummy."

"SO amazing! I came home after a long day and the incredible smell was filling the house. The combination of spices and fruit were perfect. Not spicy, not sweet. Just delicious! Chicken was so moist and was falling apart. Next time I might double the sauce, just because we loved it so much. The first night we had it over rice as the recipe suggeste..."

"Delicious, but it took much longer than 45 minutes. This could be because I used milk (2% instead of the creme freche as the recipe stated or sour cream other people recommended, but it took about an hour and 10 minutes to be fully cooked and not eggy. The taste was delicious though, and will definitely be making again (albeit leaving myself some..."

"Very good, and flexible depending on what I have on hand. I add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, use 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup white flour, and sub 1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar. I tend to prefer bread instead of muffins, and do it in a loaf pan on 350 for about 45 minutes. Sometimes I have to cover with foil for the last 10 to get the inside cook..."

"Great flavor! Used 3 chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces, rice vinegar, and green onions in place of the snap peas. A little sweater than I would have liked, so next time I think I'll decrease the brown sugar and add a little more rice vinegar (and maybe some sesame oil. Different flavor and delicious!"

"Delicious! I did a meat-less version, added a little more soy sauce and sesame to get the flavor we wanted, used brown jasmine rice (as that's what I had at home, and cut back on the oil, but was still delicious (and healthy!"

"Taking the suggestion from another reviewer, I took out the shrimp towards the end and let the sauce cook down more so it wasn't so thin. The flavors were good, although I had to add more salt at the end. I also added some lemon juice to complement the wine. The recipe as a whole was good though."

"I thought these were okay, but not great. I did change the recipe slightly by using an Onion/Paramesan dressing instead of Ceaser, so maybe that could account for some of the difference. I found that my 1/2 inch chops took only 30 minutes before the insides were cooked and the cheese started burning. I probably won't make again."

"I'm not sure if I did something wrong, or what, but I didn't really like this recipe too much. I used regular sugar instead of Splenda, but the mixture just settled at the bottom of the bowl and wouldn't adequately coat the apples. The flavor was good though. It just wasn't what I was looking for."
