"First time making chicken noodle soup - fantastic! I used some chicken broth I had left from making shredded chicken earlier in the week so it ended up being half broth & half water. Also first time using leek. I've never been a fan of chicken noodle soup since the stuff out of the can always seems... slimy. But this stuff is slime-free. Very mild..."

"This is a great recipe. I generally don't like to eat Tilapia but I will be making this one again. I don't like mayonnaise and was pleased when the bottle I have in the fridge expired in... 2008! So I just added a little more plain yogurt and the whole thing came out great. Very refreshing."

"I made the layered version since it's a little eaisier and made it w/o chicken. It came out lacking in flavor so I topped it with with some Green Taco Sauce which helped. Next time I'll change it more to my specific tastes like adding olives and something with a little spice to it. But I will certainly be making it again."
