    The burgers were very moist and tasty. However, I left out the sage because I didn't have it and it still tasted more like a breakfast sausage than a dinner burger. I will probably sub the thyme for some other spice next time and continue to use the milk, panko and egg. I even used 93% lean meat and it wasn't any bit dry! "

    I tried this dough today and it was great! I didn't know what temp to bake at so I guessed and did 485 degrees for approx 17 minutes.
