"These muffins turned out moist and delicious! The only changes I made was I added 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and I only used a half cup of chocolate chips.I'd like to try using the mini chocolate chips next time. The muffins are really good warmed up just a little in the microwave.Yum!"

"I really loved this bread. It turned out extremely moist and it had a wonderful flavor.I just happened to have buttermilk on hand which is why I chose this recipe.I did add the almond extract but not the almonds due to the fact we don't care for nuts in our bread. The only change I made was I used a half cup of applesauce and half cup of oil instead..."

"Delicious bread! I've made it several times and I always use plain low fat yogurt instead of sour cream and 1 1/2 cups of strawberries.I like mine a little sweeter so I sprinkle brown sugar on top of the bread before baking. It always turns out very moist and has a wonderful flavor."

I did make a few changes.Instead of layering the plums I just added them to the batter and I didn't have vanilla yogurt so I used plain. The last change was instead of butter I used 1/2 cup of applesauce and 1/2 cup oil. This bread turned out so moist and I loved ..."

"I really enjoyed this bread. It was very moist and it had a nice flavor.I just chopped the papaya instead of shredding it because it was so soft.I plan on making this again in a few days but I'm going to cut the ginger back to an 1/8 tsp.I thought the ginger was a little too strong but that's just a personal preference.Instead of butter I used 1/4 ..."
